I live in Nottingham, UK with my husband Jon. I'm a keen, if sometimes overenthusiastic gardener, book worm and have a go at painting, crafts and baking.

I'm a recovering corporate misfit who backed themselves in 2018 to become a Meditation Teacher.

Now I am the Wild, Witchy, Wise Woman who shakes up your midlife in a good way!

Things went up a notch when I accosted my mentor in the toilets at an event, because I knew she was the ONE.

I've spent many hours healing my soul lineage in the areas of abandonment, visibility, persecution, shame, guilt, worthiness and many more.

Turning 50 this year has been the biggest shift as I've watched the versions of me fall away that I knew so well.

I've ben able to make peace with the past. I've stopped blaming others, borrowing other peoples stories, because I feel ashamed of my own and taken responsibility for what is possible.

The best thing I've reclaimed? A way of expressing myself. When I was younger I loved to write. A difficult time in my teens meant that when I clammed up the writing stopped too.

2 years ago I was guided to start The Magic Weaver

Not only did I find beautiful friendships, this was a place where I could express myself as part of the healing process, but in a way that felt comfortable for me.

Parts of the healing have been hard and the self expression was too, because I'd never found it easy.

What I did find was that a freedom of expression came in writing poetry that comes from the soul and the process of writing a book about my journey.

Working with my guides and ancestors, I reclaimed their voices through mine. As a Medicine Woman, as a Magic Weaver, as an Energy Alchemist harnessing the cosmic influences of ancient Egypt.

Everything clicked into place when I kept coming back to a version of my higher self that I met on my very first journey. Back then she was grubby, exhausted and afraid.

I knew that she was capable of so much more, I'd seen the vision of her in a blue cloak covered in sparkling, glittering stars and moons. Silver jewellery adorning her neck and fingers. Long flowing grey hair and a staff that held magic power.

She showed me that my golden thread is to uncover yours. To heal and weave your ancestral voices, so that you can keep coming back to what is rooted and true for you.

Now I'm on to the next chapter to help you build worlds of transformation.
